"This is by far the easiest plan to follow!!! I have tried many other programs that were unsuccessful for me. One of the main things I like about Weight-No-More is that it is teaching me how to change my lifestyle so that weight will no longer be a hindrance in my life and I am still be able to have a full life, while continuing to socialize the same way. I now just make different and better choices while I am out & at home. For people that do not like to cook, it makes it simple to follow the schedule. For people like me that love to cook, it allows a new creativity with the food choices. This way I teach my family & friends better cooking habits & eating habits. He is a diabetic with high blood pressure & high cholesterol....even though he is not, nor has he ever been, over weight.
